For 25 years, we have fought against the shocking, systematic cruelty to farmed animals, campaigned to save our planet from the climate crisis and promoted the health benefits of a vegan diet. We have run hundreds of campaigns over the years and saved the lives of countless animals.
But we could not have done it without you – our supporters.
This #GivingTuesday, we are asking you to give animals everywhere some hope that their lives still matter. #GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that takes place on the first Tuesday following Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It is an opportunity for you to give something back to a good cause in a period fraught with materialism and we would really appreciate your support!
Here are some examples of how your donations help us:
Our Vegan Now campaign focuses on the environmental destruction of our planet as a result of animal farming.
Never before have we seen such ecological devastation in human history and time is running out. But it’s not too late. The answer? Vegan Now.
What you helped us achieve:
- Almost 1 million views on the Vegan Now campaign video, voiced by Great Thunberg, George Monbiot and our own Juliet Gellatley
- 102 pieces of coverage, with 3.81M estimated coverage views
- Online coverage included The Times, The Scotsman, The Independent, Mail Online, The Sun, The Mirror, The Guardian and Sky News
- Print coverage included The Sun, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail and The Metro
- Three street action events encouraging the public to go vegan - now!
With your help we can continue to run campaigns like this so we can reach as many people as possible!
Thanks to you, our kind supporters, we were able to conduct three undercover investigations and expose the appalling conditions on Hogwood Farm - and Tesco finally dropped them!
You also helped us to raise enough money to produce a documentary which we hope will be seen by millions.
Hogwood: a modern horror story takes you behind the factory farm walls and shines the light on the millions of pigs trapped in intensive factory farms across the UK. It is presented by Jerome Flynn and will be available very soon!
With your support we can continue to conduct important investigations to expose the truth about factory farming.
How Can You Help?
Your kind donations keep the Viva! cogs running and allow us to run our life-saving campaigns. They enable us to conduct important undercover investigations, monitor the latest research on health and environmental issues and host vegan outreach events.
