I think you begin to look and feel lousy the older you become, so now I eat really well.” She found the vegan health book, “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease” by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn‘s inspiring.
“There is science behind going vegan and it is irrefutable. My father died from cancer, and the older you get, you see people struggling with chronic disease. You see people dying with terminal illnesses. Going vegan makes sense. My cholesterol dropped dramatically within two months of dropping meat and dairy.”
