Foods to get you in the Mood!

Food really can be an incredibly sexy thing.. and, if put together right, can be the way to a man or woman’s heart!
Many vegans and veggies take great pride, passion and interest in the meals they create – for themselves and especially for others.  For centuries people have connected over food and creating a delicious meal for friends or a partner really can be one of the most fulfilling things to do!

As for getting in the mood, rustling up a delicious dinner for someone can be special on its own, but even more so if you choose recipes using aphrodisiac foods or ‘mood foods’, as featured in our recipe section for example.

Nuts and seeds: flaxseed, walnuts, sesame seeds
