World Health Organisation healthy diet fact sheet

The World Health Organisation has just produced its healthy diet fact sheet.

It says (honestly): “A healthy diet contains: fruits, vegetables, legumes (lentils and beans etc), nuts and whole grains (eg unprocessed maize, millet oats, wheat and brown rice)”. Nowhere is there a mention of meat, fish, eggs or dairy as being a necessary part of the diet.
