full of practical tips about how to change and why going veggie or
vegan will improve your health, save animals and set your taste buds a
tingling! With special tips if you are the only veggie in the family
or taking your first steps to veggie living this Christmas.

eating dairy. How is dairy linked to breast and prostate cancers? Do

A cookery demonstration showing that going vegan doesn’t mean giving
up your favourite dishes, as old favourites get a healthy, dairy-free
makeover. Perfect demo for anyone going vegan or reducing the amount
you eat. Includes ‘Cheese’ Toasty; ‘Cheese’ Macaroni; Traditional
Bechamel and Vegan ‘Cheese’ Cake.
