veggie. Here are a coupla simple tips that you’ve probably worked
- learn to cook just a couple
of easy meals
- eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables - organic if you can get ‘em.
Raw veggies and tins of beans (mixed 3 beans/butter beans/chickpeas etc)
in salads & stuff
save you cooking time, taste amazing with a good dressing or mayo and
give you loads more vitamins too!
- veggie burgers, veggie sausages, hummus,
falafels and other such healthy fast foods can be bought in most
- use the great range of instant sauces and other things
in the shops to transform fresh vegetables, pasta, beans, lentils,
