Vegetable Oil (eg Flaxseed or Rapeseed Oil, used cold; Olive Oil), Margarine Energy, Vitamin E (Vegetable oils), Vitamin A & D (Fortified Margarine), Essential Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fats (Flaxseed, Soya,Walnut, Hemp)
