COMMENTS
Ideal for all gatherings, large and small, and the chefs enjoy a
challenge when notified of requirements in advance. Breakfast is buffet style (soya margarine and dairy-free milks provided along with rolls, toast, cereals and fruit), lunch generally vegan soup and home made bread. There is a cheese platter for the lacto-ovo's, but it is kept seperate from the actual eating tables. Dinner is generally omni, with special dishes prepared for vegans etc, but if a party were booked in, fully veg*n catering could easily be arranged for those mealtimes. Much of the food is locally sourced, and the kitchen is developing its operation under the LOAF principles.
