Slaughter in the UK: What You Can Do
Viva! believes that slaughterhouse cruelty will only end when people
stop eating animal products. For more information about going veggie,

steps can also
be taken to reduce the suffering of animals at slaughter and we
urge you to write to your MP and the Government to seek action. Links

in your own words are often more effective.
Write to animal welfare minister Ben Bradshaw MP, DEFRA, Nobel

or AM at National Assembly

It’s also a good idea to write to your local newspaper (sample

a great way of reaching thousands of people. Their address will be found
in the paper or can be obtained from Yellow Pages. Address your
letter to “Letters
to the Editor”.
